    • It is recommended to avoid heavy drinking, sauna/jjimjilbang visits, hot baths, and intense exercise for 3-7 days after the procedure.

    • Since heat energy is delivered into the skin, temporary redness and a sensation of heat may occur on the face.
    • To maintain the warm sensation and maximize the effects, it is recommended to cleanse with lukewarm water for about 3 days to 1 week after the treatment.
