• What’s the difference between nose filler and HIKO?

  HIKO is a procedure that combines hyaluronic acid filler with biocompatible dissolvable threads to enhance both the nose bridge and the tip. This differs from conventional nose filler, which primarily adds volume to the bridge using filler alone. HIKO can create a more defined shape from the bridge to the tip, and the threads help support the filler for improved contouring. As the threads dissolve, they stimulate collagen production, helping maintain natural-looking volume even after the filler is absorbed.

• I’ve had nose surgery. Can I still get nose filler or HIKO?

  If you have previously undergone rhinoplasty, these treatments may be difficult to perform. Scar tissue formed inside the skin after surgery can make the procedure more challenging and increase the risk of vascular complications, so it is generally not recommended. However, eligibility can only be determined after an in-person consultation with a doctor.

• In rare cases, depending on skin condition, threads may come out to the surface of the treated area. If this occurs, please avoid touching them with your hands and visit the clinic for proper treatment.
• Please take your prescribed medication consistently for 3 days to prevent inflammation and reduce pain. If you have a history of allergies to antibiotics or any other medications, please be sure to inform us.
• Bruising, swelling, pain, or a foreign body sensation may occur, but these usually subside within 1-2 weeks. However, if pain worsens after taking the prescribed medication, or if you experience persistent skin discoloration, blistering at the treatment site, itching, or warmth, please contact the clinic and visit.
